Residing somewhere within noise-pop and freak folk, SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA trio Little Teeth produced in 2004, after drummer Ammo Eisu replied to a Craigslist publishing by vocalist/guitarist Dannie Murrie, who was simply searching for a “feminist rocker chick” to try out music with her. After shifting to California from Connecticut, where she acquired accomplished a bachelor’s level in Electrical Anatomist at Yale, Eisu fulfilled Murrie personally and both paired up to create music together within a cellar studio room. Andy Tisdall, the lone man of the group, was asked to become involved and play bass with girls after he went to an audio anatomist course with Murrie. Their initial album, Kid Bearing Man, had taken almost 14 a few months to record, using the three associates sharing vocal responsibilities and swapping equipment on the way, overdubbing mandolin, accordion, cello, pots, pans, and digital samples. Following its conclusion, hometown label Unquestionably Kosher released the record on Sept 9, 2008.
