b. Patricia Amphlett, c.1950, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Amphlett started performing while still a schoolgirl and experienced a surprise strike in 1963 with ‘He’s My Blonde Going Stompie Wompie Actual Eliminated Surfer Boy’. Later on, she relocated into additional realms of music and constructed an effective and long-lasting performing career. Within the middle-90s she documented with jazz music artists including Errol Buddle, David Seidel and Lawrie Thompson. Her performing voice as an adult artist is liquid and she eloquently interprets the fantastic requirements. In 1998 a 45-cent Australian postage stamp, released within a string recalling shows of rock and roll ‘n’ move, commemorated her 60s strike.
