Little Axe

Small Axe was the alias of Miss McDonald, a blues performer whose set of credits also included focus on a few of rap music’s most influential information. Given birth to Bernard Alexander in Dayton, OH, in 1949, McDonald discovered blues acoustic guitar from his dad, and by age ten had been playing expertly with region jazz music artists.
