The Uk hard-rock outfit Small Angels formed in Scarborough, Britain in 1987 while its members — vocalist/guitarist Toby Jepson, keyboardist Jimmy Dickinson, his guitarist brother Bruce, bassist Tag Plunkett and drummer Dave Hopper — were all attending university; first, the group was pressured to hone their art primarily in region colleges, as Jimmy Dickinson was as well young to try out night clubs.
