Lissie

Lissie Maurus grew up in the riverside city of Rock Isle, Illinois, and she drew upon those blue-collar Midwestern roots to generate her own type of indie folk music. The granddaughter of a global barbershop quartet champ, she was raised singing in theatre productions, eventually picking right up your guitar and playing her personal songs at regional espresso shops as an adolescent.
