Linsey Alexander

Blues entertainer Linsey Alexander was created in Mississippi but raised in Memphis, where he got his initial guitar from a family group friend. After learning the rudiments of blues playing and vocalizing from recordings by Small Milton and B.B. Ruler (both of whom got also journeyed to Tennessee through the Delta), he preserved up the amount of money to go to Chicago in the past due ’50s, rather than looked back again. While employed in juke-joints for the city’s fabled South Part, he was frequently given the chance to tour with blues greats like Friend Man and Magic Slim, but Alexander desired to stay along with his own design. He released an LP in 1997.
