Spanish indie pop act Linda Guilala (named following the Godzilla-like monster at the guts of japan film The X from SPACE) mix components of nice, energetic synth pop with noisy, hazy guitars more prevalent to shoegaze and dream pop. These were founded by Iván González and Eva M. López, both previous members from the even more punk-influenced music group Juniper Moon. Linda Guilala officially happened in 2005, after Juniper Moon disbanded, as well as the duo lost virtually no time in documenting a small number of demos. A number of these tunes found their method onto several Spanish r / c over another couple of years, notably on Spain’s Radio 3 as well as the U.K.’s Radio Nowhere. Linda Guilala’s debut full-length, Bucles Infinitos (Infinite Loops), premiered on Elefant Information in ’09 2009. 2 yrs later on, the duo came back with Paranormal, an EP made up of four poppy tunes about the supernatural. Guitarist Bruno Mosquera became a member of Linda Guilala for his or her 2014 EP Xeristar, which required their sound right into a darker, noisier world while still staying upbeat and catchy. In 2016, the group released its most ambitious and experimental recording however, the 20-monitor Psiconáutica.
