Linda Bouchard

Quebec composer Linda Bouchard has written a number of functions, from orchestral items to dance ratings. After living and employed in N.Con.C. for 11 years, Bouchard structured celebrations and workshops and carried out several ensembles and orchestras (NY Children’s Totally free Opera, SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA Modern Music Players), was music movie director at Banff, and citizen author of the Country wide Arts Center Orchestra, which she also aimed. In the 1990s, Bouchard offers received the Canada Council for the Arts’ Joseph S. Stauffer Reward, first reward in competitions like the Princeton Structure Competition, four PROCAN Honours, and was called Composer of the entire year from the Conseil Quebecois de la Culture’s Prix Opus. Her functions have been documented for the Analekta, CRI, Marquis Classics, and ECM brands.
