Lime Spiders


Lime Spiders were an Australian post-punk device resurrecting the trashier components of ’60s garage area and psychedelic rock and roll with willful reject. Vocalist Mick Bloodstream formed the music group in the first ’80s with guitarist Gerald Corben, bassist Tony Bambach and drummer Ricky Lawson. The music group documented two singles during 1983 (released for the Slave Young lady EP 2 yrs afterwards) and agreed upon to Virgin Information. Lime Spiders’ initial album was the wonderful The Cave Shows up Alive!, however the pursuing year’s Volatile was a little bit of disappointment, veering nearer to stultifying hard rock and roll. The group split up after 1990’s Beethoven’s Fist.
