Like a Storm

Hard-rocking New Zealanders Such as a Surprise produced in Auckland in 2005 around talented siblings Chris, Matt, and Kent Brooks. Having a powerful mixture of post-grunge, alt-metal, and traditional hard rock and roll, the music group invokes brands like Shinedown, Puddle of Mudd, Staind, and Drowning Pool, but provides its own personal Kiwi touch by adding a didgeridoo. The group relocated to THE UNITED STATES shortly after developing, eventually finding yourself in Vancouver. They initial gained prominence abroad in ’09 2009 while starting for Creed over the group’s BACK TO WHERE IT STARTED reunion tour; they released their debut long-player THE FINISH of the start the same calendar year. In 2011 the music group released an acoustic assortment of a few of their popular songs, Such as a Surprise Unplugged, before unleashing their sophomore long-player Chaos Theory, Pt. 1 in 2014, which presented the hit solitary “Love how you Hate Me,” and a hard-hitting cover of Coolio’s “Gangster Heaven.” The band’s third studio room long-player, Awaken the Open fire, arrived the next year via Hundred years Media Records.
