Lightships

The solo project from Teenage Fanclub bassist/vocalist Gerard Like, Lightships produce melodic folk- and rock-inflected pop. Centering around Love’s vocals, songwriting, and electric guitar playing, Lightships also features efforts from Tom Crossley of AIRPORT TERMINAL as well as the Pastels, Dave McGowan, an associate of TFC’s touring music group, and Bob Kildea of Belle & Sebastian, aswell as first Teenage Fanclub drummer Brendan O’Hare. Lightships released its debut record, Electric Wires, on Geographic in 2012.
