This English duo features Graeme Meek (b. 7 Sept 1954, Luton, Bedfordshire, Britain; acoustic guitar/vocals), and Barry Goodman (b. 3 Dec 1950, Sutton, Surrey, Britain; melodeon/vocals). Existence And Times had been created in 1983, and originally included Gregg Lindsay (flute). Meek experienced earlier been employed in numerous rock rings, including one from his schooldays including singer Paul Youthful. Subsequently, Meek worked well as one half a duo known as Midas with Debra Arthurs, from 1977-80, playing folk night clubs and celebrations. The duo just recorded a unitary, in 1977. In the mean time, Goodman experienced spent four years in folk duo Mead, with Steve Rackstraw, after that Vermin with Gadfan Edwards, and later on Gregg Lindsay, in addition to solo function. Luton Museum and MEMORIAL released Strawplait And Bonelace in 1983, and the next 12 months, the Eastern Arts Association decided to help account Life And Period’s recording from the songbook. Strawplait And Bonelace, was ultimately released on Fellside Information, and featured track and music of Bedfordshire lifestyle within the last 200 years.
