Leyode

Electro-pop music group Leyode (pronounced LEE-ode) may be the duo of Yusuke Hama and Laurel Wells. Both are natives of Atlanta, GA. Hama provides classical trained in violin and piano, and he afterwards turned to electric guitar. After employed in film and picture taking, he came back to music, motivated after portion as products salesman and documentarian for Prefuse 73. Shifting to NY, he begun to compose music by tinkering with French New Influx film clips, after that brought in vocalist Wells to create Leyode. Wells have been performing and playing music since her youth, in Atlanta and in Athens, GA, and acquired also relocated to NY. The duo authorized to Eastern Advancements, the label co-founded by Scott Herren of Prefuse 73, and documented their debut recording, Exciting Tininess…, for launch on June 5, 2007.
