Lesley Roy

A songwriter, guitarist, and singer having a powerhouse tone of voice that belies her years, Lesley Roy was raised in Balbriggan, Region Dublin, Ireland. Her mom was a gigging vocalist, therefore Roy was subjected early to the life span of the musician. She began playing acoustic guitar at age seven, finally obtaining her own acoustic guitar at 11 years of age, and began composing tracks. When she was 15, Roy began documenting demos of her materials with local maker and musician Rory O’Connor, and finally signed a cope with Glenn Herlihy’s 3rd party Religious beliefs Music label. Roy’s substantial skill and potential captured the interest of Jeff Foster at Jive Information, and both labels decided to feet the expenses jointly for Roy’s 1st album project. An individual, “There’ll Become Angels,” premiered early in 2008, accompanied by the album appropriate, Silently Screaming, in the springtime of 2008.
