Les Wilson

b. 10 Sept 1955, Willenhall, Staffordshire, Britain. Wilson started playing electric guitar at age 15 and by 1974 was executing professionally. He researched at Humberside University for a level in Food Research and Microbiology, afterwards teaching food cleanliness/microbiology. He continuing to play electric guitar and, inspired by contemporary electric powered blues players, he shaped his personal blues-based music group, the Mighty Houserockers in 1981. Wilson created a good regional following within the Midlands area and over following years performed at several UK and Western blues celebrations, including Colne, Luxembourg, Cork, Geithoorn and Oudenaarde. He offers performed extensively around the blues circuits in the united kingdom, Belgium and holland. A strikingly effective slip guitarist, Wilson’s live shows are fascinating affairs.
