Les Crane

Ideal remembered for his 1971 spoken term smash “Desiderata,” Les Crane was created Lester Stein in SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA in 1935; after first increasing to local achievement as a stone DJ away Area train station KKYA, he relocated to KKGO, where train station supervisor Don Curran offered him the brand new surname Crane, and tapped him to sponsor a late-night chat show.
