Leonard Dillon

Reggae legend Leonard Dillon was created in Slot Antonio, Jamaica about Dec 9, 1942. After relocating to Kingston in 1963, he was befriended by Peter Tosh, who subsequently introduced him towards the famous maker Coxsone Dodd; with Tosh and his fellow Wailers performing harmony, Dodd slice four of Dillon’s tunes — included in this the strike “Ice Drinking water” — released in 1965 beneath the name Jack port Sparrow.
