Inspired by Stevie Question, R. Kelly, Ne-Yo, and Usher, vocalist/songwriter/manufacturer Lee Carr initial arrived on record in 2006 when his monitor “BECOME That” produced the Waistline Deep soundtrack. In 2008 staff in the Jive label agreed upon Carr within the car parking lot right beyond his day work. The label released his one “Stilettos” in the summertime that same calendar year.
