Created in 2003 by vocalist Wade Dark (ex-Crimson Glory, Seven Witches), guitarists Rick Renstrom (ex-Rob Rock and roll) and Emo Mowery (ex-Nocturnus), bassist Stephen Elder (ex-Rob Rock and roll), and drummer extraordinaire Richard Christy (ex-Death, Control Refused, Iced Globe, etc.), Leash Legislation can be an underground supergroup combining traditional melodic and power metallic. Signed by THE FINISH Records, Leash Legislation released their debut recording Dogface in 2004.
