Le Shok

Le Shok are an un-supergroup of Long Seaside, CA, hardcore famous actors combining non-chalant offensiveness with blaring keyboards self-described as “fresh influx violence.” A lot of their legacy, just like the Locust, involves strange pseudonyms, uncommon record produces, and additional collectable products. They were only available in 1997 when Andrew (bassist, also of Treadwell) known as Joey (drummer, key pad participant in the Locust) to come back the drum established he borrowed plus they decided to begin the music group. Vocalist Todd “been in the area” and was hence drafted in to the music group. Darryl Licht (keyboards, bassist for the Actions League) then joined up with and Rusty (also of Treadwell) was enlisted on bass. Soon after their initial practice they documented “Who Cares?,” the initial in an extended group of intricately designed and pressed 7″ information on several SoCal brands. Since every person in the music group spent some time working at Zed Information, they had no issue attracting notice in the city’s punk picture and when they started their concert events — a mixture of confrontation and assault reminiscent of NEW YORK music group Dark Dice Their initial full-length, We Are Electrocution, was documented by Mike McHugh (Rocket In the Crypt, Jon Spencer Blues Explosion, Servotron, etc.) on the Distillery for GSL Information. After some personnel adjustments, the music group dissolved in 2001 for associates to pursue their former and current various other projects.
