Le Mani

Located in Rome but hailing from Matera, Le Mani shaped in 2005 in the ashes from the crossover group Zero Man’s Land as well as the more melody-oriented Ar.Ca.Dia.. The line-up included vocalist Luigi Scanargella, guitarist Antonio “Toto” Marcucci, keyboardist Angelo Perna, Francesco “Ciccio” Stoia on bass and Marco Pisanelli on drums. Over time of intense touring, the music group signed to General Italy, who place them in to the hands of the team made up of supervisor Daniele Barlocci and manufacturer Stefano Cenci. Preceded with the one “Sei arrive sei”, their initial record In fondo premiered in Feb 2007. Because of his mixture of easy melodies, noisy but lightweight rock and roll and some electronics, it conveniently reached a broad audience, composed mainly of teenagers. Successful confirmed by the next singles, “L’ultima lettera”and “Semplice distrazione”. Another one, “In fondo, implemented in early 2008.
