Lazaro Ros may be the world’s leading akypwon, or business lead singer within the Afro-Cuban custom of LA Regla de Ocho, a method of music rooted within the Yoruba lifestyle. A founding person in Conjunto Folklorico Nacional, which he helped to create as the Country wide Folkloric Outfit of Cuba, Ros provides continuing to explore the akypwon custom in a number of mediums. Furthermore to documenting three memorable single albums, Ros provides collaborated using the Country wide Ballet of Cuba, saxophonist/composer Lucia Hergo, and Cuban pop music group Mezcla. Ros provides composed many parts for musical movie theater productions and movies including Maria Antonia. Blessed into severe poverty, Ros backed himself being a prepare and shopkeeper. Initiated into La Regla de Ocho in 1950, he discovered many songs in the repertoire of professional vocalist Eugenio de la Rosa. In 1997, Ros stated that his tour of america would conclude along with his final concerts.
