The alt-metal four-piece called Layaway Plan comes from Canada and continues to be set alongside the likes of fellow punkers SNFU. Layaway Program, that has been sharpening its exhaustive thrash audio since 1995, can be made up of frontman/guitarist Terry Ovans, guitarist Stacey Hahn, bassist Scott Schroeder, and drummer Allen Miller. They released their debut Addictive in 1997. Power of Habit implemented two years later on.
