Laurence Nugent

Laurence Nugent’s mastery from the flute and tin whistle is well-known, thanks both to his wins in All-Ireland tournaments in 1994 and 1995, and his single recording profession, which began in 1996 using a self-titled record for Shanachie. His second, 1998’s Two for just two, highlighted accompaniment from Liz Carroll and Marty Fahey, amongst others. Windy Distance was released 2 yrs later.
