Laura Wolfe

We were young in NY City’s Decrease East Part, singer/songwriter Laura Wolfe was encircled by all sorts of music. Her mom was a traditional pianist and conductor, and her dad was an associate from the Weathermen, a questionable politics group well-known through the the past due ’60s and early ’70s. At age group seven, Wolfe began playing the piano and violin; by 13, she was learning how exactly to play guitar. Being a tone of voice pupil at LaGuardia SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL of Music & Artwork and Performing Arts, Wolfe was a standout within the school’s gospel choir. Her charming solos could be noticed on Lavender Light Gospel Choir’s Light inside your home album. Following that, Wolfe going to Oberlin University where she gained a bachelor’s level in original functionality. She continued to perform within the Western european road production from the Broadway preferred Hair. She’s also separately released two albums: a self-titled four-song demonstration along with a live established, The Voice Container. In 2005, Wolfe produced her correct debut with Siren. The ten-song established was made by Steve Addabbo (Dar Williams, Shawn Colvin, Suzanne Vega).
