Latino Velvet

Sort of Latin rap supergroup, Latino Velvet included Latin hip-hop pioneer Frost (formerly Child Frost; born Artwork Molina) and N2Deep’s Jay Tee (blessed James Trujillo), aswell as Baby Beesh (blessed Ken Franklin) and Don Ciscone. The group released their debut record, Clique, in 1998, nabbing visitor areas from Mellow Man Ace, N2Deep, Celly Cel, and Roger Troutman. The follow-up, Velvet Town, made an appearance in the springtime of 2000; Playing Velvet made an appearance a year afterwards.
