Biography

Manufacturers/DJs Albert Cabrera and Tony Moran — collectively referred to as the Latin Rascals — got their begin as movers and shakers for the budding early-’80s NEW YORK club picture, hosting an influential continuous-mix display on community dance radio. The duo continued to mastermind several Latin freestyle dance songs, including work with TKA as well as the Cover Ladies, amongst others.
