Large Mound

With influences as diverse as Sebadoh, AC/DC, Fugazi, Dinosaur Jr., and Teenage Fanclub (amongst others), Dublin, Ireland’s Huge Mound came alongside the objective of merging hard rock and roll with quirky, insightful lyrics. After launching their debut one, I Idea You Were Deceased, Tag Jordan (electric guitar, vocals), Anthony Mackey (electric guitar, vocals), Hugh McCabe (bass), and Eric Stover (drums) released Elevated on Rock and roll in 2002 on Julius Geezer Information. Two years afterwards, the group released its sophomore record, Move Forth and Amplify, on Scientific Laboratories.
