Property Observations may be the indie/experimental task of composer and musician Wayne Brooks. Throughout a middle-2000s hiatus from his earlier group, Equipment, Brooks spent period on his visible art, displaying his just work at galleries in the U.K., THE UNITED STATES, and Europe, and in addition continued focusing on music by himself.
