La Grande Sophie

Named on her behalf impressive physical stature, singer, songwriter, and performer La Grande Sophie (created July 18, 1969 in Thionville, France) place her first strap together in her early young adults. Sophie relocated to Marseilles originally for even more schooling, but ultimately wound up within the music globe again before shifting once again to Paris in 1995 to greatly help further her profession. In Oct of 2003, La Grande Sophie released record number 3, Et Si C’était Moi, and committed much of the following year or two to touring. In 2005 she released her following record, the ’70s folk-rock-influenced La Collection. A deluxe release including bonus songs and a Dvd and blu-ray of said recording premiered in 2006. 3 years would after that move before La Grande Sophie came back with Des Vagues et des Ruisseaux, which presented the solitary “Quelqu’un D’autre” and forced the singer nearer for the French Top 10, a feat which she handled with 2012’s La Place du Fantôme.
