b. LaCosta Tucker, 6 Apr 1951, Seminole, Tx, USA. The elder sister of Tanya Tucker. Through the 60s, she proved helpful briefly with her sister in an organization called the united states Westerners in Phoenix, but became disenchanted using a musical profession and still left to function in a medical center in Toltrec, Az. After sister Tanya’s graph strike with ‘Delta Dawn’ in 1972, she came back to music and between 1974 and 1978, documenting as La Costa for Capitol Information, she authorized 12 country graph strikes. These included Best 20 successes with ‘Obtain On My Like Teach’, ‘He Took Me FOR ANY Trip’, ‘This Home Runs On Sunlight’ and ‘Traditional western Man’. Since that time, regardless of a big change of label to Elektra, just two further strikes (both small) have adopted; the final, ‘Love Consider It Easy On Me’, released under her name of LaCosta Tucker, is at 1982.
