Led by clarinetist René Camacho, La Arrolladora Banda el Limón certainly are a banda group from Sinaloa who produced their commercial documenting debut in 1997 and quickly increased to the very best from the Mexican regional music scene. The group and its own labels issued many compilations along themed lines — cumbias, romanticas, strikes, etc. — more than the next many years. A documenting of new studio room material entitled Ojos en Blanco was released in Feb 2015. It arrived at number 1 in the Mexican Regional albums graphs, and also positioned well in the general Best 200. The record was nominated in the group of Best Banda Recording at that year’s Latin Grammy Honours.
