Biography
Kyper was created Randall S. Kiper in Baton Rouge, LA, in the first ’70s. His self-written “Tic-Tac-Toe” incredibly became popular in 1990. Just as incredible, the pop smash do nothing over the R&B graphs. The melody was a pop-disco-rap combine dominated by digital drums and was well-known in night clubs. After he was lowered by Atlantic, many choices of past mixes and remixes made an appearance on the end Top label.
