Koopa was formed in Essex, Britain, in 2000, originally termed Elastic Flange. The group garnered minor attention from a small number of different sized brands after vocalist/guitarist Ollie Cooper provided out some demos while students at a Brighton “rock and roll college” in nov 2002.
