Koester

Comprised of associates of a number of different indie rock and roll rings, Koester revolves around singer/songwriter Steve Koester; also offering Alan Weatherhead (Sparklehorse), Miguel Urbiztondo, Tim Buckley, and John Daniels (all three in Maki). Oh! Turpentine, their initial album, was fulfilled with critical compliment and success within the underground music picture. Their next record, The Great Highs the reduced Lows, premiered in the summertime of 2002.
