King Kobra

Biography

Led by legendary drummer Carmine Appice, the rock band Ruler Kobra also included vocalist Tag Free of charge, guitarists Earl Slick and Mick Sweda, and bassist Johnny Pole. Debuting in 1985 with Prepared to Hit, the group released two even more LPs — Thrill of an eternity and Ruler Kobra III — before disbanding. Fishing rod subsequently joined up with W.A.S.P., while Sweda afterwards turned up within the Bullet Boys.
