Kilo Kish

Kilo Kish can be an alternate R&B vocalist, songwriter, and occasional rapper that has recorded using the Plane Age group of Tomorrow, the web, Vince Staples, Childish Gambino, and Chet Faker, amongst others. She’s also released her very own material. Blessed Lakisha Robinson in Orlando, Florida, she spent element of her youth in NJ prior to time for Orlando and was briefly within a pop group known as D’Angelz. She transferred to NY, went to the Pratt Institute, and proved helpful being a model and waiter. Led with the dreamy “Navy,” her initial EP, Homeschool, was self-released in Apr 2012. A few years afterwards, after assorted collaborative function, she linked to the music wing of French style label Kitsuné for Across, another EP of atmospheric, slackened R&B. In 2015, she made an appearance on Etienne de Crécy’s Super Price cut 3 and Vince Staples’ Summertime ’06. Reflections instantly, a sprawling and deeply personal record that flitted between completely developed music and fragmentary interludes, implemented in Feb 2016.
