Kevin Baum

This exciting and exquisite tenor in the Midwestern U.S. attained his formal schooling at Westmar University in Le Mars, IA, that he gained his bachelor’s level in music education. In 1987, Baum added his abilities towards the Chanticleer ensemble. Baum provides interpreted many operatic assignments, including Damon in Handel’s Acis and Galatea, Thrysis in Gagliano’s La Daphne, as well as the Madwoman in Chanticleer’s 1994 and 1997 productions of Benjamin Britten’s Curlew River. Baum in addition has appeared being a soloist using the Minnesota Chorale as well as the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, and in recital with associates from the Minnesota Orchestra.
