Kenny Starr

b. Kenneth Trebbe, 21 Sept 1953, Topeka, Kansas, USA. Starr was raised in Burlingame, Kansas, and, relating to promotion, was fronting his personal music group, the Rockin’ Rebels, from age nine. As an adolescent, he played night clubs within a pop work, Kenny AS WELL AS THE Imperials. Starr turned to nation music in 1969 and earned a talent competition in Wichita. A promoter asked him to seem on the forthcoming display with Loretta Lynn and Conway Twitty, where he earned a standing up ovation. Lynn recommended he proceed to Nashville and gave him employment with her street display.
