Kenneth Kaunda

Kaunda is, obviously, better referred to as the leader of Zambia from self-reliance in 1964 until 1991, when he was defeated within an election due to some poor political movements. He was an amateur musician who, through the struggle for self-reliance, utilized music as an help to nationalist politics goals. He documented a tune in 1989 known as “Tiende Pamodzi” urging effort and self-discipline. A remixed membership version premiered in London.
