Ken Hanna

Much less well-known because the toon group of Hanna-Barbera, the group of Hanna and Kenton were in charge of an enormous pile of big-band arrangements and recordings. Producing his status in no little way by showing and motivating the intensifying jazz functions of youthful composers and arrangers, bandleader Stan Kenton presented Ken Hanna in his notoriously ear-bending trumpet section through the second fifty percent of the ’40s. Kenton experienced already begun making use of Hanna charts from 1942, several pieces staying favorites from the Kenton package and kaboodle through the annals of the favorite music group.
