Kelly Jones

A singer and songwriter whose music is a charming mixture of pop sweetness, folky lilt, and nation twang, Kelly Jones was created in Ridgefield, Washington. After hanging out in NEW YORK and Nashville, Jones resolved in LA, and self-released her debut EP, Daring Heartache, in 2004. An unbiased album, Handle carefully, implemented in 2006. After composing a batch of tracks with power pop obsessive Mike Viola, Jones released her considerably poppier third work, 2008’s Shebang! This year 2010, she and Viola teamed up to record a collaborative EP beneath the group name Melon. In 2013, Jones released Alta Loma, a elegant and introspective work recorded primarily in the home and released separately. She got struck up a a friendly relationship with vocalist and songwriter Teddy Thompson once they performed a George Jones tune together throughout a membership present in 2011.
