Named honoring the fictitious rock and roll group highlighted in Russ Meyer’s exploitation classsic Beyond the Valley from the Dolls, the Canadian power-pop group the Kelly Affair comprised singer/keyboardist Terry Mls, guitarist Tom Williams, bassist Kevin Cooper and drummer Marq DeSouza. Their debut LP Thanks for visiting…the Kelly Affair appeared over the Not Lame label in 1998.
