Vocalist/songwriter Kat Eggleston was created and raised on Washington State’s Vashon Isle. She spent her youth learning how exactly to sing from her mom and learning piano for 11 years. Graduating in 1983 in the Interplayers Outfit of Spokane, Eggleston started executing folk classics and originals the next year using the Ferryboat Music artists, Four Females at Play, Fool Moon, and David Bromberg. Her fascinating alto and flexible guitar style was initially captured on record using the discharge of First Warm Blowing wind in 1989, which resulted in featured performances on the Kerrville and Columbia River Celebrations. Eggleston transferred to the Chicago region the following calendar year and soon agreed upon a cope with regional folk label Waterbug Information. Produces with Eggleston’s partner Andrew Calhoun and two single albums, 1994’s Second Character and 1996’s Outdoors Eden, implemented. 1999 noticed Waterbug reissue First Warm Blowing wind.
