b. Obiesie Adibuah, 22 January 1980, London, Britain. Kashmere arrived blasting in to the psyche of the united kingdom hip-hop fraternity in 2002 along with his EP Natural Styles, released beneath the Iguana Guy moniker on Receptor Information. The track experienced a lo-fi filthy delivery similar to the US group Gravediggaz, and obtained very much airplay on London’s many pirate r / c. Combining with critically acclaimed hip-hop suppliers Braintax, Mr. Thing, and Breakin’ Breads helped Kashmere to hone his creation abilities. This culminated using the launch of his 2004 debut recording, Technical Disease/Back Hands Slap Chat, on Low Existence Records. The recording was made by Braintax, and experienced his signature natural style comparable to a live blend, using the scratching within the recording executed to excellence by Mr. Thing, and extra beats performed by Kashmere and Ghost providing it a home-grown audio. The recording was also released as an instrumental recording later on in 2004, with Kashmere, and Verb. T caring for one disk each. Kashmere spent another two years liberating his own information, but also showing up on releases from the Large Plains Music, Breakin’ Breads and HIPHOP Connection Magazine brands. It had been in 2005 and 2006 that his lyric composing considered the dark part, with an occult-based flavour that surfaced on WITHIN THE Hour Of Chaos. The usage of sound clips from your film The Omen, biblical imagery and examples of hymns provided the record a haunting and somewhat disturbing tone.
