Karl Hendricks

The moody, muscular indie-rock music group dubbed the Karl Hendricks Trio formed in 1992 following break-up of their nominal leader’s previous music group, Sludgehammer. Hendricks, a singer-guitarist blessed in Pittsburgh, Pa in 1970, initial began writing music and launching cassettes while in his teenagers; while functioning a day work in an archive store, he produced the Trio with bassist Tim Parker and drummer Tom Hoffman. The group produced its documenting debut with 1992’s Buick Elektra, implemented in 1993 by Some Young ladies Like Tobacco, a brooding, honestly neurotic assortment of autobiographical music.
