Kano pioneered and exemplified Italo disco, a heavily melodic and synthesizer-oriented design of dance music inspired by U.S. and Western disco, from Stylish and Giorgio Moroder. The task of suppliers and music artists Matteo Bonsanto, Luciano Ninzatti, and Stefano Pulga, alongside a range of program music artists and vocalists, Kano released a trio of album-length tasks through the early ’80s: Kano (1980), NY Wedding cake (1981), and Another Existence (1983). From a business standpoint, the group wasn’t extremely effective.
