K.Flay

K.Flay can be an American songwriter, vocalist, and multi-instrumentalist whose music can be an introspective, empowering mixture of hip-hop, indie rock and roll, and electronic music. Motivated by artists which range from Missy Elliott to Liz Phair, her hard-to-define audio provides garnered her a wide-ranging group of fans, and has resulted in her writing the stage with performers including Enthusiasm Pit and Snoop Dogg. Given birth to Kristine Meredith Flaherty near Chicago in 1985, she 1st grabbed the mike while students at Stanford University or college in California. It had been the frivolous topics and misogynistic lyrics she noticed in mainstream rap that 1st drove her to record a parody from the genre, but she was amazed by both her skill and just how much she loved recording. She decreased her debut mixtape, 2004’s laptop-recorded Suburban Rap Queen, and drawn local interest with her shows. After graduating, she relocated to SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA and continued to build up her design.
