K-9 Posse were the disappointed consequence of Arista Records wanting to gatecrash the hip-hop party in the past due 80s. Wardell Mahone and Vernon Lynch produced the group at Fairleigh Dickinson School in Teaneck, NJ. Both rappers were looking for a DJ or more towards the decks stepped Terrence Sheppard in 1988.
