Shaped in Oxford, Britain, the Jumpleads, with Caroline Ritson (vocals), Jon Moore (guitars), Dave Townend (melodeon) and Tracy (drums/bass), liked a short but notorious job. In 1982 they released The Stag Need to Die, inside a blood-splattered cover. The recording was known as ‘loud, loud, daring and interesting’, but its fresh wave sensibility, coupled with folk tracks, (termed ‘rogue folk’), appalled and offended many people. Disenchanted using the response, the Leap Qualified prospects disbanded. Rogue information released a remix solitary of ‘Fake Knight WITHIN THE Road’, however the music group has just reunited for one-off event performances. From the ex-members, Jon Moore liked the best profile with E2.
